You'll notice wonderful fruit and nuts in the cup with terrific body and very muted acidity. It's the blend we used in the shop. Great in milk or solo. It's also great as a drip coffee. It really deserves a cool name. Try it and give us some ideas.
French Roast

This coffee also deserves a better name. French roast coffee is often cheap beans fried to a crisp, but you won't find that here. This is a blend of coffees that handle the heat well and give a great bittersweet chocolate flavor with hints of smoke and spice.
