Japanese style savory pancake okonomi yaki means 'grill what you like' in Japanese. This authentic Japanese dish comes from the traditions of osaka & hiroshima. Often referred to as a Japanese style pizza, it is a batter made out of a variety of ingredients & grilled to perfection. Each one comes topped w/ a fried egg.
