Our Dosas
The Dosa begins with a south Indian savory crepe made with a traditional fermented rice & lentil batter. The fermentation process is what gives the dosas their delicious flavor and satisfying consistency. We top the dosas with two house-made sauces. Sambar, a lentil and vegetable soup which we then blend to eat on the go easily. Awesome sauce, a tangy blend of sour cream, jalapenos and cilantro. Our fresh coconut chutney is served on the side. Our dosas are a modern twist on the classic South Indian Dish, prepared to-go for your convenience. Flavors are catered to an American palette, our fillings are flavorful but not spicy!
